We are a bare bones operation doing everything we can to ensure we bring you quality merchandise and content that you can enjoy with full satisfaction. Please contact us with any concerns regarding our products or your experience on our website. 

Refund Policy

Request for a merchandise return must be submitted within seven days of receiving your product. In order to return a clothing product please submit a contact form and we will reach out to you with further instructions. Returns are only accepted if the product was damaged in transit or if for some reason you've received the wrong item or need to exchange for a different size.Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. 

Ted-Heds are one of a kind, handmade items and can not be returned. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, reach out through our contact form and we will do our best to make things right.
